Company letterhead

Company & business letterhead

Official company letterheads for letters, notices, office orders and correspondence — with your CIN and GSTIN in the right place.

What goes on a company letterhead

  • Company name exactly as registered, and logo
  • Registered office address, and branch addresses if needed
  • CIN (for companies) and GSTIN (if GST-registered)
  • Phone, email and website
  • Department name, if the letter is from a specific department

Department letterheads

Many companies use a separate letterhead for each department — HR, accounts, sales, IT, legal and so on — with the department name shown in the header. Sahayak Docs has designs for each department, so letters from every team look consistent.
