Sahayak Docs is a free online tool for designing letterheads, footers and letter pads. We may change, add to or discontinue features at any time.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, logos and images you add. You confirm that you have the right to use them, and you are responsible for the accuracy of everything that appears on your letterhead.
3. Using the designs
You may use letterheads you create with the service for your own personal and business purposes, including printing and commercial use. You may not resell our templates themselves as a design product.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- impersonate another person, business, government body or institution;
- create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents;
- display registrations, licences, certifications or accreditations you do not hold;
- break any applicable law.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Please review your documents before printing or sending them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including printing costs or errors in your content.
7. Advertising
The service is supported by third-party advertising. See our Privacy Policy for how ads and cookies work.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
