This policy explains what information Sahayak Docs (“we”, “us”) collects when you use sahayakdocs.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information you enter
The details you type (such as your organisation name, address and contact details) and any logo or image you upload are processed in your own browser to build your letterhead. We do not upload this content to our servers or store it on our side.
2. Information stored on your device
We use your browser’s local storage for small preferences, such as the order of sample designs on the home page. This stays on your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
3. Advertising and cookies
We use Adsterra, a third-party advertising network, to show advertisements, which keeps the service free. Adsterra and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and to measure them, and some ad formats may open in a new browser tab or window.

- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of the request.
- Hosting provider — our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
5. Children
This service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 13.
6. Your rights
Under applicable laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal data we hold about you.
